Burrow offers full refunds on unused items within 14 days of receipt, should you not be happy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for refund.
To start a return, please contact us at Hello@burrow.com.au. We’ll advise on instructions of where to send your package. Shipping costs of returned goods are the responsibility of the customer and shall be at the customer’s personal expense. Burrow is not responsible for any returned goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit and all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery, registered post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the item is meets the above refund criteria, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
